SULLIVAN - Television stars will be making appearances at The Little Theatre-On the Square this summer and fall.
The theater has announced its summer and fall schedule, which features appearances by Doug Wilson and Cindy Williams and a return appearance by Eddie Mekka.
Wilson, star of the TLC cable network's "Moving Up," "Trading Spaces" and "America's Ugliest," will play Sky Masterson in "Guys and Dolls" June 11 to 22. Wilson is an Illinois native and performed at the University of Illinois and Villa Grove while growing up.
Past Little Theatre performers Jack Milo, Michael Haws and Glory Kissel will return for "Guys and Dolls."
The rest of the 2008 summer season comprises "Cabaret," June 25 to July 6; "West Side Story," July 9 to 20; "Gypsy," July 23 to Aug. 3, and "All Shook Up!," Aug. 6 to 17.
Williams and Mekka, who were featured in the 1970s sitcom "Laverne & Shirley," will perform the comedy "It Had to Be You," Nov. 6 to 16. Mekka performed shows at the Little Theatre in 1979 and 1983 and gave a benefit concert at the theater last week.
The rest of the 2008 fall season is "Altar Boyz," Oct. 23 to 26, and a stage version of "A Christmas Story," Dec. 12 to 21.
Tickets are available by calling 728-7375. Shows are $28 each. Summer series season tickets range from $100 to $120, and fall series season tickets are $75.
