Lakeside Music and Arts Festival, Nelson Park
This year's highlights will be red and white wines, and blues music. Artisans from all over the state display pieces ranging from glass, photography, pottery/ceramics, sculpture, jewelry, painting and mixed media art, all showcased along the boardwalk of Lake Decatur. Also included is an eclectic mix of live music, performed on numerous stages. Children's activities and interactive displays. Fireworks on Saturday night.

The 24th edition of the free family street festival will include performances by three-time Dove female Vocalist of the Year award-winner Natalie Grant, Richard Marx, the Spinners, The Miracles, country performer Joe Diffie and 1980s rockers The Romantics.
